Terms and Conditions:

1. The “Casablanca eShop 8th Anniversary Lucky Draw – Fa! Fa! Fa!” runs from 1 Oct 2025 to 31 Oct 2025.
2. This lucky draw is only applicable to Casablanca eShop and is not applicable to Casablanca standalone stores, department store counters, or any other Casablanca online shopping platforms.
3. During the specified period, customers who spend HK$299 or above at Casablanca eShop are eligible to enter the lucky draw, with no limit on the number of entries per customer.
4. Eligibility is counted per single invoice with successful payment as shown in the system.
5. After receiving the order confirmation email, customers must complete the lucky draw entry form to qualify for the draw. The lucky draw closes at 11:59 pm on 31 Oct 2025. The deadline for submitting the entry form is 11:59 pm on 1 Nov 2025, based on the system timestamp. Incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear entry information will result in disqualification.
6. After successful payment, the system normally sends the order confirmation email within 30 minutes. Please also check your “Spam/Junk” folder. If you do not receive the email within 1 working day, please contact our Customer Service via the eShop “Contact Us” page.
7. Please keep the order confirmation email safely. Any amended orders will be deemed void.
8. There are 25 winners in total with an aggregate prize value of HK$54,111. Prizes include:

9. The draw will be conducted by computer random selection on 4 Nov 2025. Winners will be announced on 7 Nov 2025 on the following pages and newspapers:

10. Winners will be notified by phone and email within 7 working days from the announcement date about prize collection details.
11. If a winner cannot be contacted by 19 Nov 2025, the prize will be deemed forfeited and will be awarded to a reserve winner.
12. All costs incurred in collecting or using the prizes shall be borne by the winners.
13. Winners must present the order confirmation email and the prize collection letter issued by Casablanca (Hong Kong) Limited to collect the prize.
14. Prizes must be collected by the winners in person. If an authorised representative is collecting on behalf of the winner, the representative must present a signed authorisation letter from the winner, the order confirmation email, and the prize collection letter issued by Casablanca (Hong Kong) Limited.
15. By accepting the prize, winners are deemed to have authorised Casablanca (Hong Kong) Limited to use photographs containing their likeness for PR or promotional purposes related to this lucky draw, and to use winners’ personal data for communications related to this lucky draw.
16. All prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and must be collected at the designated location within the specified period.
17. Casablanca (Hong Kong) Limited is not the manufacturer/supplier of the Grand, 2nd and 3rd Prizes and therefore accepts no responsibility for the quality of these prizes or any consequences arising from their use. Use of all prizes is subject to the terms and conditions set by the respective manufacturers/suppliers. Casablanca (Hong Kong) Limited bears no responsibility for any issues relating to the prizes, including but not limited to quality. Casablanca (Hong Kong) Limited does not provide warranty service for any prizes. For any warranty or repair enquiries or disputes, please contact the relevant organisation or supplier directly.
18. The personal data you provide will be used by Casablanca (Hong Kong) Limited for one or more of the following purposes: processing and storing participant registration data; event administration and management; and publishing the winners list in newspapers and on websites.
19. For fairness, employees of Casablanca (Hong Kong) Limited are not eligible to participate in this lucky draw.
20. In case of any dispute, Casablanca (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decision.
