Mattress Maintenance Registration

The warranty period for the product begins from the date of purchase. Customers must complete the warranty registration card within one month from the date of purchase and send it, along with a copy of the invoice, to the Casablanca mailing address.

To ensure smooth processing of all applications, customers must provide relevant photos of the affected product and proof of purchase (original invoice) to exercise their warranty rights.

If your product (mattress) has been repaired or replaced during the warranty period, the warranty date will not be recalculated; it will continue from the date of purchase.

Warranty coverage applies to the following:
1. Mattresses sold by official or authorized dealers
2. Limited to the Hong Kong region
3. Material and technical defects arising from normal use

Warranty exclusions include:
1. Mattresses sold as non-new products. (including those that have been transferred, second-hand sales, or donated for warranty)
2. Warranty not accepted for display products, clearance items, or discounted mattresses.
3. Any undamaged components.
4. Non-residential use.
5. Bedding accessories.
6. Areas outside Hong Kong

Warranty terms:
1. All mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty.
2. Transportation costs incurred for warranty services are the customer's responsibility.
3. The first year is free; thereafter, the inspection fee is HKD 500 per year.

Damages caused by use are not covered by the warranty:
1. Normal wear and tear (including body impressions, pilling, material oxidation, fading, or firmness changes, etc.)
2. Any damage caused by human factors (such as cuts, scratches, fissures from sharp objects or external forces, burns, staining, soiling, or improper folding, etc.)
3. Damage caused by improper care or external environments (such as mold, discoloration, or odors from humidity; shrinkage or deformation due to high-temperature washing, exposure, or inappropriate cleaners, etc.)
4. Minor defects that do not affect usability (such as appearance-related stitching, loose threads, or fabric joins, etc.)
5. Personal comfort preferences related to firmness, design, materials, and feel
6. Free replacement during the first year for product issues caused by manufacturing errors.

If a customer submits a valid warranty claim after the first year of purchasing the mattress, the company will provide condition-based depreciation coverage.

Replacement costs for the mattress are as follows (based on current retail prices):

2nd year: 30%

3rd year: 30%

4th year: 40%

5th year: 50%

6th year: 60%

7th year: 70%

8th year: 70%

9th year: 70%

10th year: 70%
