The following terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for becoming a member (hereinafter referred to as a "Member") of Casablanca Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Shop") and you must read and understand these terms carefully. By registering to become an Online Shop member, you are deemed to have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions and to be bound by them.
1. Online Shop Membership
1.1 Online membership is only applicable to Casablanca Online Shop and not applicable to Casablanca concept
stores and department store counters.
1.2 Customers must enter the required information in the Online Shop before they can register as Online Shop members.
1.3 Minors under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their parents or legal guardians before applying for membership.
1.4 Members must register using their most commonly used email address.
1.5 Members must register with a correct and valid Hong Kong mobile phone number. Members must be the legal owner of the registered mobile phone number and register under the applicant's name. Account registration with a virtual phone number is not accepted.
1.6 Each member can only apply for one account. If it is discovered that one person has multiple accounts, Casablanca has the right to immediately suspend or terminate the member's membership; cancel the member's points; and cancel the member's eligibility to redeem any rewards without prior notice.
1.7 Members must ensure that the membership registration information provided is true, correct, complete and not misleading or fraudulent.
1.8 Casablanca is not responsible for any unsuccessful delivery of SMS or email messages.
1.9 If a member needs to change his/her personal information, he/she may do so through the following methods:
(i) Change the delivery address, name and contact number directly in "My Account".
(ii) Fill in the form in “Contact Us” to inform Casablanca Online Shop staff of the change of email address.
1.10 Casablanca will not be held responsible or compensate for any loss caused by members accessing the Online Shop without authorization due to any reason, including theft, loss and/or change of personal information without notifying Casablanca Online Shop staff.
1.11 Membership is not transferable to another person.
1.12 Members must check and confirm that all information is correct after any update. Unless there is an obvious system error, all member information is based on Casablanca's records.
1.13 Members shall keep their membership passwords and email addresses confidential and safe. The member shall bear full responsibility for any improper use of his/her account by anyone, including a third party, with or without the member's authorization, and Casablanca shall not be held responsible.
1.14 If any member is found to have stolen another person's account, provided false information when registering for membership, or used membership benefits in a dishonest manner, Casablanca has the right to suspend or terminate the membership of such person at any time without prior notice.
1.15 Membership is permanent and members may cancel their membership by:

The application will be processed within 30 working days. Upon termination of membership, all unused points and unclaimed rewards in the relevant member account will be cancelled without prior notice. If members wish to rejoin the program, they must reapply.
1.16 If a customer cancels his/her membership for any reason within the past 6 months from the month of his/her new Online Shop membership registration, he/she will not be entitled to the Welcome Offers.
1.17 Casablanca reserves the right to determine whether a member’s membership is valid and reserves the right to award any rewards without prior notice.
1.18 Casablanca is not responsible and assumes no liability for any information about the Casablanca Online Shop Membership Program contained on any third party website.
2. Online Shop Membership Tiers and Benefits
2.1 Online Shop membership is divided into 3 tiers, each tier offers different rights and services.
(i) Normal Member: You can become a Normal Member by completing the member registration.
(ii) Gold Member: After completing the membership registration and becoming a Normal Member, you can upgrade to Gold Member by accumulating spending of HK$5,000 from the date of account opening.
(iii) Diamond Member: After completing the membership registration and becoming a Normal Member or Gold Member, you can upgrade to Diamond Member by spending HK$8,000 from the date of account opening.
2.2 The accumulated spending amount of the membership is calculated based on each successful transaction, and the actual amount payable after deducting discounts and e-vouchers is the final amount.
2.3 Customers who successfully register as members will receive a welcome offer of 500 points. Each member can only enjoy the welcome offer once. Casablanca may determine whether a member is eligible for the welcome offer based on the member's past record (if applicable).
2.4 Normal Members and Gold Members can obtain 1,000 points for each level upgrade, and each member can obtain a maximum of 2,000 points.
2.5 The 1,000 points birthday offer is only available to members who have provided their birthday month. Points will be distributed on the birthday and the offer is not transferable.
2.6 Members must fill in their birthday one month before their birthday, otherwise they will have to wait until the next year to receive the 1,000 points birthday gift.
2.7 Free delivery benefits vary according to membership level and cannot be redeemed after order confirmation.
(i) Guests: Free delivery on orders over $500
(ii) Normal Members: Free delivery on orders over $300
(iii) Gold Members: Free delivery on orders over $300
(vi) Diamond Members: Free delivery on orders over $200
2.8 New eShop Exclusive item Offers vary according to membership levels. New product discounts are only applicable to products marked as "eShop Exclusive" and are only valid for use within a specified period of time. No redemption of this discount will be accepted after the order is confirmed.
(i) Normal Members: 5% discount
(ii) Gold Members: 5% discount
(iii) Diamond Members: 10% discount
2.9 All benefits cannot be sold, purchased, transferred or transferred to other accounts.
3. Registration and use of points
3.1 Points are only applicable to Casablanca Online Shop and not to Casablanca concept stores or department store counters.
3.2 Any membership points earned at Casablanca concept stores or department store counters cannot be redeemed for membership points at Casablanca Online Shop.
3.3 Members can earn points for purchase at Casablanca Online Shop, with HK$1 spent = 1 point. 1000 points = HK$50; 1900 points = HK$100; 3600 points = HK$200.
3.4 Members can earn points immediately after a transaction. Every time a member accumulates a designated point, he or she can redeem a designated cash coupon code for the next purchase. However, the order must reach a designated amount to be used.
(i) 1,000 points accumulated can be redeemed for a $50 discount code. Orders must be worth $300 or more to be used.
(ii) 1,900 points accumulated can be redeemed for a $100 discount code, but the order must be worth $700 or more to be used.
(iii) 3,600 points accumulated can be redeemed for a $200 discount code, but the order must be worth $1,400 or more to be used
3.5 Only one cash coupon code can be used for each order and it cannot be used in conjunction with a redemption coupon code.
3.6 Promotional codes redeemed with points must be used within 6 months of redemption, otherwise they will be cancelled and no reissue will be made.
3.7 Casablanca OnlineShop points are valid for a maximum of 1 year and are calculated on an annual basis, starting from April 1st of each year to March 31st of the following year. The details are as follows:
(i) Points earned before March 31, 2026, will expire on March 31, 2026.
(ii) Points earned between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027, points expire on March 31, 2027.
(ii) Points earned between April 1, 2027 and March 31, 2028, points expire on March 31, 2028.
3.8 Expired points will not be shown in the member account.
3.9 Members can log in to the membership plan of the Online Shop to check their membership points balance. Members need to manage their earned points and pay attention to the expiration date of the points. Unless there is an obvious system error, the point balance in the member's account at any time is based on the point record in the Casablanca system. Casablanca is not responsible for any losses caused by technical problems or any other abnormal circumstances that prevent us from retrieving the relevant member's points balance information.
3.10 In the event of any cancelled transaction or purchase refund, the points earned for that purchase will be cancelled and appropriate adjustments will be made. Any request for replacement points after the transaction is completed will not be accepted.
3.11 Points may not be sold, purchased, assigned or transferred to other accounts.
3.12 The points earned will be based on the actual amount payable for each successful transaction after deducting discounts, shipping costs and e-vouchers.
4. Redeem points for products
4.1 Points can also be used to redeem designated products. After the redemption, the system will immediately deduct the corresponding points from the member account and issue a redemption discount code. Confirmed redemptions cannot be changed or cancelled, and no points will be reissued.
4.2 The redemption coupon code must be used within 6 months after redemption, otherwise the computer system will calculate the price based on the product price at that time and the redemption coupon code will not be reissued.
4.3 The redemption coupon code does not mean that the redemption product has been reserved. Members must use the coupon code in the correct manner to redeem the product.
4.4 All exchange products are subject to limited quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
4.5 If the redemption product is completed, members can apply for a refund of the corresponding points for the unused redemption coupon code through the following methods. The application will be processed within 7 working days:
(i) Fill out the form in "Contact Us" to inform Casablanca Online Shop staff to handle it.
4.6 The points required for redemption of designated products, the redemption date and the quantity available for redemption are subject to availability and will be updated from time to time.
4.7 Casablanca reserves the right to amend the points required for redemption of designated products, redemption date, and quantity available for redemption at any time without prior notice.
4.8 Casablanca reserves the right to discontinue the provision of a product or to offer a similar product as an alternative at any time without prior notice.
4.9 Only one redemption code can be used for each order and it cannot be used in conjunction with a cash code.
5. Accumulated Spending Rewards
5.1 This year’s accumulated spending reward program runs from September 10, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
5.2 This plan is only applicable to Casablanca Online Shop and not applicable to Casablanca concept stores and department store counters.
5.3 Members only need to log in to the Online Shop and make purchases during this period to automatically qualify for the event without prior notification.
5.4 The total amount of each member’s cumulative spending will be based on the actual amount payable after each successful transaction, deducting discounts and e-vouchers. If a member does not log in to the Online Shop but successfully completes the transaction, the transaction amount will not be counted.
5.5 In terms of reward gifts, members who have accumulated purchases of $4,000 will receive a designated cartoon cotton series fitted sheet with pillowcase in 3 ft single or 4 ft double size; members who have accumulated purchases of $8,000 will receive a Massa Basic 780 threads cotton series bedding set in 3 ft single, 4 ft double or 4.5 ft full size; members who have accumulated purchases of $10,000 will receive a Sicili 1200 threads solid color long-staple cotton series bedding set in 4.5 ft full or 5 ft queen size.
5.6 The number of reward gifts is limited and they are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
5.7 The reward gifts may be updated from time to time according to circumstances.
5.8 Casablanca reserves the right to modify the prizes and quantity of prizes at any time without prior notice.
5.9 Casablanca reserves the right to terminate the provision of reward gifts or to offer similar products as substitutes at any time without prior notice.
5.10 The results of the Accumulated Spending Rewards will be announced on 10 April 2025 via the Online Shop and Casablanca HK Facebook page.
5.11 Casablanca will notify the winners by email or phone call within 14 working days from the date of announcement.
5.12 If Casablanca fails to contact the winner within 14 working days, the winner will be deemed to have waived the prize and will not be re-sent the prize.
5.13 The winner must collect the prize in person at the designated location at the designated time within 14 working days after receiving the prize collection notification.
5.14 Winners must present the award letter issued by Casablanca to collect their prizes.
5.15 All prizes must be collected by the winners themselves. If a proxy is required to collect the prize, the proxy must bring and present a signature letter from the winner and the prize collection letter issued by Casablanca.
5.16 There is no waiting list for this program.
5.17 The rewards of this program cannot be transferred, exchanged, returned or redeemed for cash or other prizes. Once the prize is received by the winner, Casablanca is not responsible or liable if it is lost or stolen.
6. Member Thankful Day
6.1 The 1st of each month is designated as Member Thankful Day.
6.2 This Member Thankful Day is only applicable to Casablanca Online Shop and not applicable to Casablanca concept stores and department store counters.
6.3 Member Thankful Day varies according to membership tiers. However, orders must be spent at least HK$200 to use the offer. No redemption of this offer after order confirmation will be accepted.
(i) Normal members: Extra 2% off on the entire order
(ii) Gold Members: Extra 3% off on the entire order
(iii) Diamond Members: Extra 4% off on the entire order
6.4 Member Thankful Day offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
6.5 Each member can only use the offer once per day.
6.6 Casablanca reserves the right to amend the Member Thankful Day offers at any time without prior notice.
6.7 Casablanca reserves the right to terminate the Member Thankful Day offer at any time without prior notice.
6.8 Member Thankful Day offers are not applicable to designated discounted products and cannot be used during Online Shop appreciation events, annual warehouse openings and large-scale discount events.
7. Bouns Points Campaign
7.1 The Online Shop will hold bouns points campaign from time to time.
7.2 All bouns points campaign are only applicable to Casablanca Online Shop and not applicable to Casablanca concept stores and department store counters.
7.3 No redemption of this offer will be accepted outside the promotion period and after the order is confirmed.
7.4 The points earned will be based on the actual amount payable for each successful transaction after deducting discounts, shipping costs and e-vouchers.
8. Member Referral Program and Casablanca e-Newletter Subscription Offer
8.1 This promotion is only applicable to Casablanca Online Shop and not applicable to Casablanca concept stores and department store counters.
8.2 When each member successfully recommends a friend to become a member and the recommended friend successfully places an order, the computer system will automatically store 500 points in the member's account.
8.3 After the recommended friend becomes a member, he/she can get a $10 discount code to purchase the bedding series. The discount code is valid for 6 months.
8.4 After successfully subscribing to Casablanca's e-Newsletter, each member can use the "EMAIL20" $20 discount code once, but the order must be over $300 to use it. This offer is not applicable to members who re-subscribe.
8.5 Casablanca reserves the right to modify the content and points of the activities for recommending friends to become members and subscribing to Casablanca's e-Newsletter at any time without prior notice.
8.6 Casablanca reserves the right to terminate Member Referral Program, Casablanca's e-Newsletter Subscription Offer and points at any time without prior notice.
8.7 If members need to unsubscribe from Casablanca's e-Newsletter, they can do so by:

9. General Terms and Conditions
9.1 Casablanca reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Online Shop membership, points program, benefits, offers and activities at any time without prior notice.
9.2 Member Thankful Day, New eShop Exclusive item Offers, Flash Tuesday, irregular large-scale promotional activities and points cannot be used at the same time.
9.3 Members must anticipate that the Website may be temporarily blocked or suspended due to scheduled or regular/temporary system maintenance, Internet or electronic communications outages or force majeure. Casablanca will not be held responsible for any consequences of this.
9.4 Casablanca reserves the right to terminate or suspend a Member’s access to the Website for any reason if Casablanca deems that the Member has used the Website improperly or in violation of these Terms and Conditions. Casablanca may, but is not obliged to, give prior notice before terminating the Member’s use of the Website.
9.5 Casablanca reserves the right to cancel any order and/or suspend, deactivate or terminate any Member’s use of the Website if it reasonably suspects or detects fraudulent behavior or activity in connection with an order.
9.6 Casablanca reserves the right to change the terms and conditions contained herein from time to time without prior notice. You should check this page from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes.
