Please wash the towel before first use. It is recommended to wash it at a temperature between 20°C and 40°C to keep the towel in the best condition and protect the environment.
Please wash white, light and dark towels separately to avoid transfer, floating or cross staining of fabric colors. All-purpose detergent should only be used on white fabrics because it contains fluorescent brighteners or even bleach. It is recommended to use color-specific laundry detergent to wash colored towel fabrics to help keep the colors looking new.
Please avoid using fabric softener, otherwise it will stick to the fibers to form a film and reduce the towel's absorbency, causing linting. If you use a tumble washer-dryer, you don’t need to use fabric softener at all, because VOSSEN products use a unique AIRpillow Technology to make towel fabrics soft and tangle-free.
When first using a finer nap terry, a little lint loss is completely normal. With VOSSEN's unique AIRpillow Technology, VOSSEN's towel series sheds 90% less lint than traditional towels. Nevertheless, if a lot of lint is falling out due to the friction of the washing machine drum, pay attention to whether the washing machine is properly loaded (not too much or too little). In this regard, you can also pay attention to the washing machine manufacturer's load weight recommendations.
Since VOSSEN products are made of natural materials, cotton, we cannot guarantee that they will not shrink after washing. After washing, restore damp towels to their original shape and make sure the dryer temperature is not too high.
If there is a problem of thread derailment, just cut them off at the surface of the material to avoid continuous thread derailment. Please avoid washing with any textiles with hooks, zippers or other hard objects such as metal.
