The mattress is rolled and packed in a compact box for delivery. Upon receiving it, customers can unbox the mattress and allow it to expand to its full size.

a. Skin-friendly surface layer (top layer): 350g knitted fabric (containing 3% bamboo fiber) + #1000 eco-friendly cotton + 3CM layered high-resilience cotton | breathable, silky, and skin-friendly; double-layered elastic cotton provides lasting, gradual soft cushioning that resists sagging.

b. Core support layer (middle layer): 20CM high-compression folded pocket springs | reinforced edge support with 3 coils of 2.0mm diameter springs around the perimeter; inside features evenly responsive 1.8mm diameter springs; foldable and recovers without affecting performance.

c. Stable foundation layer (bottom layer): 2CM 25D high-resilience cotton | filters micro-vibrations from springs, offering firmer and more stable support while protecting the spring system.

The large side of the mattress uses the same top-layer fabric plus 2cm of high-resilience foam to enhance softness and comfort. At the same time, the small side features a unique 3D breathable side design to improve airflow, ensuring a moderate temperature and easy heat dissipation, keeping the mattress dry and comfortable at all times.

5.       The brand new tailored design

Each layer of the mattress materials is wrapped in 25g non-woven fabric to ensure the filling stays flat and in place. The surface fabric is made of bamboo fiber, which naturally provides a cooling effect and antibacterial properties, making it soft and comfortable. Combined with a triple-reinforced edge spring system and an added layer of high-resilience foam padding between the springs and the base, the mattress is not only safer and more stable but also maintains its original shape for years, continuously offering consistent support.
