It is recommended to turn the mattress upside down (only applicable to reversible mattress models) or reverse the mattress head to tail (only applicable to single-sided mattress models) every 3 - 6 months to make the mattress more durable and evenly load-bearing. Do not stand or jump on the mattress to avoid affecting the spring structure of the mattress and destroying the supporting elasticity.
