1.      How to register as Casablanca eshop member?

Click “Register” at the top right corner. Fill in the information and then click “Create an Account”. You may also link with your Facebook account or Google+ account.

3.      Do we accept orders from Macao, overseas or China?

Sorry. We only accept orders from Hong Kong currently, and the scope of delivery is limited to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories.


4.      Can you help to order products from retail stores and provide delivery services?

We do not provide ordering services. For more details, please send email to eshopcs@casablanca-home.com.


5.      Forgot your login password?

If you forgot your password, click “Login” and then click “Forgot Your Password?”

Afterwards, fill in your email address and captcha. The system will send you a specific link to reset your password.


If you would like change password, click “My Account” and then click “Change Password”. Fill in current password and new password. And then click “Save”.


6.      How to track the order status?

After placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email with order detail information. Meanwhile, you may also login to “My Account” and click “My Orders” to check on the details and the order status.


7.      What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We accept MasterCard® or Visa credit cards for online payment. The currency will be Hong Kong dollars.


8.      What should I do if the product has quality problems?

If you have any problems with the products’ quality, please contact us by eshopcs@casablanca-home.com with the order number, name and phone number within 7 working days of receiving the shipment. We will follow up as soon as possible.

9.  Can I refund or return?

Once the order is confirmed, we will not accept any return and request of refund.

10.  Coupon codes terms and conditions

Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.

The coupon code must be entered prior to placing the order.

Coupon codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit, nor be applied to the products of which have been completed the payment.

In case of any disputes, the decision of Casablanca Hong Kong Limited shall be final.

The prices in eShop may be different from those in other sales channels as there are different promotion offers.
